Garden Plants and Produce

Food is a human right. We grow what we can outside our church building to remind people that there is hunger in our world, and that creation care includes teaching others in need to see food from seed to harvest. If there’s a vegetable that is ready, feel free to pick it.

Have extra to share?

We’ll be happy to place produce down by our blessing box for passersby to use. If you have a lot of plants, flowers, or food, let us know and we will share with our neighbors.

Get Involved

Perhaps you have a garden that is overproducing or you want to help others to learn how to process and freeze, dry, or can food. We’d be happy to work with you or provide space to educate others. Email Rev. Kevin Powell to set up an appointment.
